Training Sessions & Schedule of Events Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) |
Welcome to the POWERtalk New 6/09 -- Printing your Set Sail Pass -- Attention members sharing cabins with other members: Whenever a change is made to the information in your booking number you MUST print out a new Set Sail Pass as the previous one becomes INVALID. As individual members are entering their booking number at different times, it is important that before they leave home they have the MOST RECENT Set Sail Pass in case their cabin mate made changes to their information. This is usually not an issue with family members as usually only one family member inputs information under the booking number. To check to see if this is the case, when you log in it will say right beside the person’s name that needs to reprint “reprint” instead of “complete”, and then in red above it explains that the information in the booking has recently been changed or updated.
